Project objectives

The aim of the project is to provide Vidzeme's ecological beverage producers with the opportunity to acquire new skills and knowledge about the technologies and methods of ecological juice and cider production.

Activities

1. Practice of producers of Vidzeme ecological drinks in France;
2. Introducing the participants of Vidzeme's high-quality and healthy food cluster to the practice results;
3. Providing publicity.

Results

1. The newly acquired skills and knowledge of the participants of the practice regarding the production technologies and methods of ecological juices, ciders and natural lemonades;
2. The cooperation between Vidzeme and Bas-Rhin and Normandy beverage producers started;
3. Transfer of newly acquired knowledge to members of Vidzeme's high-quality and healthy food cluster.
