Since in Latvia it is practically impossible to get a specialized education in the production of natural ecological drinks, namely cider and juice, several juice and cider producers, members of the Vidzeme high-value and healthy food cluster, who want to develop the quality of their products and introduce new product segments, expressed their desire to go into practice to France, where Normandy is known as one of the best regions for cider producers, while Alsace is known for juice producers. The project participants will have the opportunity to go on internship to juice and cider production companies in France, where they will develop practical skills and gain new knowledge about ecological beverage production methods.
