Project objectives

Project’s goal is to improve the accessibility and exploitation of local Research and Innovation infrastructure (RII) assets by the SMEs.

Activities

  1. R&I environment mapping and analysis in each region, based on joint methodology.
  2. Identification of RII Good practices in the partner regions.
  3. Regional stakeholder meetings.
  4. Interregional learning workshops, peer reviews, local learning workshops.
  5. Study visits.
  6. Development of regional action plans and monitoring of action plan implementation.
  7. Dissemination of project results.

Results

  1. Improved access to RII and an increased collaboration with research organizations that will improve the innovation performance of SMEs.
  2. A more precise and detailed picture of local RII ecosystems that will be available for regional and national policymakers and SMEs.
  3. Elaborated action plan for improvement of national and regional policies addressing RII.

Total: 1 632 700 EUR

VPR budget: 141 970 EUR
