Project objectives

Promote the implementation of good management principles in Vidzeme Planning Region, ensuring an efficient, understandable and open approach to the implementation of management processes and implementing quality management principles in the daily work of the institution.

Activities

1. Project administration;
2. Preparation of the operational strategy of VPR institution;
3. Describing the institution's processes, implementing the document quality management system;
4. Improvement of the institution's website.

Results

1. VPR operational strategy has been prepared;
2. A description of 1 institution's processes has been developed;
3. 21 employees trained on the implementation of the document management system;
4. 26 members of VPR Development Council trained on the implementation of the document management system
5. Document management system implemented;
6. The website has been updated with 2 new sections;
7. Publications in local media and on the website of the region made;
8. Informative report on lessons learned during the project made.
