Increasing capacity of implementation of culture projects and activities in Vidzeme Planning Region

Culture is one of the defining values of Vidzeme, home to talented, creative people. But to make Vidzeme’s cultural sector more competitive and accessible to its citizens, we need creative, innovative ideas and specialists who can make them happen. With this project, the Vidzeme Planning Region will increase the knowledge and skills of specialists in the field of cultural project implementation, as well as strengthen cooperation between district cultural coordinators, heads of cultural centers, librarians, museum managers, and other municipal specialists. By working together, attractive and viable ideas can be implemented.
