Project objectives

To promote the digital transformation of businesses and the public sector, as well as improve citizens' digital skills, focusing on supporting the enhancement of existing business processes, marketing, and the implementation and development of innovative digitalization solutions.

Activities

  1. Services will be provided to clients (businesses, institutions, and organizations) in four main categories: Awareness Raising and Needs Definition. It is essential for businesses, institutions, and organizations to understand the opportunities and needs provided by digitalization to fully embark on the digital transformation journey. Through various digitalization awareness-raising events, training sessions, webinars, and seminars, the latest information will be shared with interested parties about how to improve their operations, boost productivity, and increase competitiveness. At this stage, companies will need to complete a digital maturity test, which will indicate their current state of digitalization and provide initial insights for improvement. Based on the test results, LDIC experts will develop a digital development roadmap with recommendations on the implementation of the digitalization project, possible technological support, and achievable efficiency indicators. Entrepreneurs uncertain about their future development will also be offered the opportunity to participate in practical digitalization courses—Kickstart—where company representatives will develop a digital development roadmap and identify the business processes that need improvement.
  2. Technology Testing and Expertise. LDIC will assist in evaluating existing business processes and provide recommendations for improving specific business processes using both new and market-available technologies. LDIC will recommend potential technology suppliers, giving businesses, institutions, and organizations the opportunity to test recommended and in-demand technologies. If necessary, clients will also receive consultations from industry experts to ensure confidence in the technological solutions.
  3. Training and Implementation of New Technologies. LDIC will provide clients with training in various levels of digitalization, ranging from general topics to highly advanced training in areas such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and high-performance computing. New technologies can be implemented by businesses, institutions, and organizations with the application of various support mechanisms and national support programs. LDIC will provide expertise to help clients understand which programs they qualify for and which best match their needs, thus preparing a specialized digital development roadmap.
  4. Evaluation. After receiving the aforementioned services, the client will undergo a secondary digital maturity test to assess the impact of digital transformation activities and evaluate the growth indicators of the investments made. LDIC experts will provide an assessment of the investment's implementation, based on the results of the secondary digital maturity test and the targets outlined in the previously prepared Digital Development Roadmap, and will offer a report on the fulfillment of the conditions mentioned in the roadmap.
