Development of water tourism as nature and active tourism component in Latvia and Estonia (Riverways)

RIVERWAYS brings together 39 partners from Latvia and Estonia. Most of the partners are municipalities, which will mainly be responsible for the improvement of recreational areas along the banks of water bodies, their clean-up and similar activities. The priority of the Vidzeme Planning Region in the RIVERWAYS project is cooperation with Vidzeme water tourism entrepreneurs, creating a new network of entrepreneurs and the region to find successful solutions for the development of water tourism in Vidzeme.
