Objectives related to the labor market and youth employment are the main pillars of European Union programs, sustainable development, economic and social growth. Although EU countries support the development of the labor market with financial support programs, they have to face problems related to youth employment. Eurostat data confirm that this is still a topical issue.

Why can culture, arts and heritage education play a crucial role in building the informal skills of young people? Cultural heritage is interdisciplinary achievements in mathematics, architecture, art, technology, literature, engineering, etc. By combining knowledge from different heritage-related curriculum content areas, we can interactively build informal skills such as data analysis, inference, critical thinking, etc. Based on achievements in different areas of heritage, we can build creative thinking that is important for creating innovations in the labor market and social life.

The main target group of the project: youth workers – project coordinators, trainers, instructors, members of the councils responsible for youth work, the main makers of local youth policy.
