Project objectives

Minimize travelling and cargo time and decrease emissions in the three Project defined corridors within the Central Baltic region. Shorter travelling and cargo times will make the corridors more attractive to new businesses and innovations.

Activities

  1. Gathering and analyzing available data.
  2. Improving and developing time efficient transportation solutions.
  3. Discovering economic benefits by time managing in transport interface.
  4. Dialog between different transportation actors.

Results

  1. The main result is shortened transportation and travelling time and decreased emissions in Northern, Middle and Southern transport corridors.
  2. Improved competitiveness due to the more efficient transport flow.
  3. Reduced travelling time.
  4. Improved passenger accessibility to corridors from hinterland with linking to technical solutions.

Total: 1 983 434,75 EUR

Vidzeme Planning Region: 185 430,43 EUR
